IN WHAT SITUATION I CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT BOUGHT FROM PADMAVATI AGRO INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.?
If the product you received is Damaged, Defective or it is not the same as described by Padmavati Agro industries Pvt. Ltd., you can request for exchange or replacement.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING EXTRA FOR RETURN?
We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.
RETURN REQUEST IS MADE OUTSIDE THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.

In case your order is not delivered within 4 working days, please call us on +91-9350232388 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving the order the product delivery is being handled by our courier partners, the courier person will contact you before delivery, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery. Please do not accept the package if tampered and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions.
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. However, to return any items that are damaged or expired you may contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
